Your Account

Lifebrands U.S. takes no responsibility and will not be liable for User Content and any other content provided by third parties, or for any loss or damage thereto. Lifebrands U.S. is not liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter at the Site. Rights to User Content

Indemnification

You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Tea, and its owners, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, service providers and consultants from and against any third-party claims, damages, loss, liability, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site any any discussion forums on interactive areas contained herein, including without limitation any actual or threatened suit, demand, or claim made against Lifebrands U.S. and/or its independent contractors, service providers, or consultants, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, any information or materials you submit, your violation of these Site Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
